Refund Policies
- At Butterfly, we strive to provide the best possible experience, however, we understand that sometimes situations may arise where a refund may be necessary.
- Reservations must be made at least five days in advance, recommended five to seven days to ensure availability of materials and proper customization.
- Changes and modifications: Changes to messages, addresses, or delivery dates are only accepted up to one day before delivery. Last-minute changes are subject to availability and may incur an additional cost.
- Cancellations made at least 48 or 72 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund.
- If production has already begun or customized supplies have been purchased, the deposit will not be refunded, as a percentage will be charged based on the value of the product.
- Deliveries will be made during the selected time slot. We do not guarantee an exact time. If no one is available to receive the order, a second delivery can be arranged for an additional cost, or the customer can pick it up.
